01 PRIVATE GUIDANCE
Build a life that is
harder to betray.
One-on-one guidance for men who are done collecting information and ready to create a structure that holds when motivation leaves the room.
02 THE WORK
You don’t need another self-improvement plan.
You need a life that makes better choices easier.
Most people keep trying to improve behavior at the level of intention: more discipline, better motivation, another promise to themselves. But behavior is heavily shaped by what is visible, easy, immediate, rewarding, and available at the moment a decision is made. The more useful question is not simply “How do I become more disciplined?” It is “How do we redesign the conditions under which I keep making the wrong decision?”
That is the work. We use principles from behavioral economics, choice architecture, decision-making, and accountability to redesign your personal operating environment: make the things you want more salient, easier to begin, and harder to forget — while adding friction, delay, inconvenience, and accountability around the things that repeatedly derail you.
Pornography is an obvious place to apply this because it exposes the conflict between intention and immediate reward so clearly. But the same method can be used for alcohol, training, work, sleep, dating, phone use, reading, creative output, or almost any goal where knowing what to do has not been enough.
This is not abstract self-improvement. We track what is actually happening, test interventions against real life, and keep what works. Sensus gives us the data; your private thread and messages give us the context; ongoing feedback gives us a way to adjust the system as we learn. The aim is not to make you dependent on motivation — or on me. It is to build an environment, set of defaults, and decision process that increasingly carries the weight for you.
Insight is cheap. We work with commitments that cost enough to matter, but not so much that one bad week ruins the experiment.
Often the first move is subtraction: fewer triggers, fewer elaborate systems, fewer negotiations with the habit that is eating your attention.
There is no need to impress me. Bring the unflattering facts. The work becomes useful only when it can touch ordinary Tuesday evening.
Recovery is not merely saying no.
It is recovering your attention, your body, and your capacity to meet another person without hiding behind a screen.

Less private escape.
More room to choose.
We make the addictive loop less automatic, then make real life more inhabitable.

Polarity needs two people who are present.
Better relationships begin with honesty, steadiness, attraction, and learning not to outsource your erotic life to fantasy.
Start small. Build from there.
This offer begins with a small weekly accountability rhythm. If more depth is useful, the support can scale naturally based on what actually helps you.

01 DEEPER GUIDANCE
02 INTENSIVE PERIOD
03 CUSTOM ARRANGEMENT
A short private inquiry comes first. I keep the work intentionally small, and I will say plainly if I do not think I am the right person to help.
SLIDING SCALE AVAILABLE. If income is genuinely limited, mention it plainly in your inquiry. We can work something out.
Guidance without another appointment on your calendar.
Private guidance isn’t built around waiting for the next scheduled call. It is an ongoing private conversation built around your journal, your tracking, and what is actually happening in your life.
Make the Invisible Visible
Sensus gives us a running behavioral map. We track the things that matter — not simply streaks, but patterns, frequency, context, progress, setbacks, and the signals surrounding them. What feels chaotic in memory often becomes surprisingly intelligible once you can actually see it.
Build a Living Record
Your private thread becomes the narrative behind the numbers. Use it to record what happened, what you were thinking, what worked, what failed, and what changed. Messenger and video or audio updates let us capture problems while they are still alive instead of reconstructing them weeks later on a scheduled call.
Redesign the Choice Architecture
Instead of repeatedly asking you to exercise more willpower, we examine the structure of the decisions themselves. We use ideas from behavioral economics, choice architecture, and decision-making to change defaults, cues, access, timing, commitments, and the environment around the behavior. The question becomes less “How do I resist this?” and more “Why is this option so easy to choose in the first place?”
Engineer Salience & Friction
Good behavior should be difficult to forget. Bad behavior should be increasingly annoying to perform. We make the right actions more visible, immediate, satisfying, and easy to begin — while adding friction, delay, inconvenience, accountability, or commitment devices around the behaviors you want to reduce. Small changes in the decision environment can sometimes outperform enormous amounts of motivation.
Turn Accountability Into a Game
I don’t want accountability to feel like reporting to a disappointed schoolteacher. We can make the process visual, responsive, and genuinely engaging. Your trackers, milestones, private updates, experiments, scores, constraints, and behavioral challenges give us a game board. I keep an eye on the pattern, challenge rationalizations when necessary, notice progress you may be discounting, and help keep the important signals salient when your mood changes.
Build Your Own Operating System
Porn is one of the main behaviors I work with because it is unusually good at exposing the conflict between intention, environment, impulse, and reward. But the underlying method is much broader. The same principles can be applied to alcohol, training, dating, sleep, work, reading, phone use, social media, creative output, spiritual practice, or almost any area where you repeatedly know what you want to do and then mysteriously do something else. The long-term goal is not dependence on me. It is to become better at designing your own environment, spotting bad decision structures, and deliberately shaping the conditions under which you make choices.
The work
happens
between
calls.
Clients live across different countries and time zones. Building everything around appointments would fragment my working day and often force both of us to talk simply because the calendar says so.
Asynchronous work gives you room to speak when something is actually happening — and gives me room to understand the larger context and think before responding.
Calls are still available when a real-time conversation would genuinely help. They’re simply not the center of the work.
This may be for you if…
Begin with an honest account of where you are.
Send a brief note: what is not working, what you have already tried, and what would make the next two months meaningfully different. I will reply personally if there is a fit.
